The EVA line of stores is the nation's largest chain of stores and the #1 retailer in the beauty and health industry. The company has more than 1000 company stores throughout Ukraine, as well as its own online storeeva.ua. The network also has more than 50 own brands and unites over 13 thousand employees. The brand has received the “Consumer’s Choice” award from the National Ukrainian Retail Awards seven times. In 2021, for the fourth time in a row, the EVA store line was recognized as a leader in the “Beauty and Health Store” category according to the international festival-competition “Choice of the Year.”
Since 2019, the chain has held the Buy Bulk SMS Service title of “Retailer of the Year in drogerie” from the Ukrainian Retail Association. What conclusions did you draw for yourself as EVA Marketing Director and just a citizen of Ukraine? No matter how scary it may sound, we got used to it and adapted, found support and moved on. The most important thing that I have realized this year is that we can interact with each other at the level of partnership. Employees are no longer members of a separate department or direction. They became partners in achieving goals. Marketers call this a Win-Win campaign or collaboration, when the desires of both parties are taken into account.
